Former President of the Board, and Country Manager Coopers & Lybrand Polska, Partner, Vice-President and Director of Schroders Polska, Member of the Board Baring Brothers Bank, Head of Investment Banking of ING Barings Polska, President of the board HSBC Investment Services Polska and HSBC Securities Polska, Head of Commercial, Investment Banking and Markets Poland . Since 2003 chairman of the Polish-British Chamber of Commerce. He worked in many countries managing many terms of projects related to raising funds and investments. He was responsible for many reorganization projects for Polish financial sector.He is a co-founder and a Managing Partner of Financier. Mr Thomas is a graduate and also holds a post graduate degree for London University.

Paweł Narożny
Finance and marketing manager with wide professional experience. He worked for ING Bank N.V., Trinity Management Sp.z o.o. the company managing the Third National Investment Fund S.A. He worked as an advisor of Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan, advisor to the Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister. Former head of Press Office and spokesman of the Ministry of Finance, Director of Department of Information and Public Relations and spokesman of the National Bank of Poland. He was a Member of the External Communication Committee of the European Central Bank. He was an Assistant in the Chair of International Comparative Studies in Warsaw Shool of Economics. Mr Narozny is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics and the School of Practical Management organized by the French Intitute of Management (Institut Francais de Gestion) and the Warsaw School of Economics.
